Terms and Conditions for Creatifecundity, Incorporated

Introduction

These Website Standard Terms and Conditions printed on this webpage shall manage your visits to, perusal of and participation on this Creatifecundity, Incorporated Website, accessible at www.creatifecundity.com and booking and receipt of any of my creative counseling services.

These Terms and Conditions will be applied fully and affect your visits to and use of this Website as well as booking and receipt of any of my creative counseling services. By visiting and using this Website and booking any of my creative counseling services, you agree to accept all terms and conditions printed here. You must not visit and use this Website and book any of my creative counseling services if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.

Creatifecundity, Incorporated Creative Counseling and Collaboration Forum Services Disclaimer

Any and all of my creative counseling services are not intended to substitute for professional counseling but to complement it as alternative approaches. I keep all your information private and confidential. All responsibility for the decisions you make and actions you take from your creative counseling sessions with me rests solely with you. If you decide to meet anyone in person for career, entrepreneurial and/or collective action collaborations or responsible relationships through the Creative Collaboration Forums on this Creatifecundity, Incorporated Website, you are solely responsible for conducting background and health checks prior to meeting them in person as Creatifecundity, Incorporated is not responsible for and does not conduct background or health checks of any of its Website participants or members.

Booking Requirements

Prior to booking your first creative counseling session, you are required to fill in all blanks below, electronically sign, date and submit this Terms and Conditions page, fill out the "Booking Your Session" form and submit it as well as the payment for the counseling session. For your second booking and onwards, you are required to only fill out and submit the "Booking Your Session" form along with your payment per each counseling session. Note that we can only proceed with your creative counseling session(s) after your full payment has been submitted, processed and received. All payments for sessions are final and will not be refunded.

Rescheduling Sessions

In the case of illness, emergencies or other reasons which interrupt or prevent any booked creative counseling sessions from taking place, you and I would need to reschedule your booked counseling session(s). You would notify me by e-mail, creatifecundity@gmx.com, or on the Website Contact page if you need to reschedule your session(s). Likewise, if I need to reschedule your session(s), I will inform you by contacting you at your e-mail address.

Contact by Skype or Zoom for Creative Counseling Sessions

After you book your first creative counseling Skype session, I will be the one to send you (and group members if applicable) a contact request on Skype which you will need to accept in advance of our session, so that I can timely connect with you for it. It is only I who will contact you on Skype at the scheduled time of each session you book. After we have completed your Skype counseling session(s), you (or group) may not contact me on Skype. Remember that I will be the one to contact you on Skype at your scheduled time for each session you book. After you book any personal creative counseling Zoom sessions, you will receive a link by e-mail to access your Zoom session at your booked time.

Contact by E-mail for One Question E-mail/Video Creative Counseling

After you book your one question e-mail/video creative counseling day and time when you will e-mail your question to my address: creatifecundity@gmx.com, you can only send me one question that relates to a problem or issue you have in either relationships, career, education or overall life for resolution. Please note that I will respond to your question with creative counseling as soon as I can, however it may not be within the first 50 minutes that you e-mail me your question. Rest assured that the time I take is to provide you with a thorough (two paragraph or 10 sentence) e-mail response to your question followed by closure on it if you requested an e-mail response from me or a thorough video recording creative response to your question followed by closure on it if you requested a video recording response from me.

Age Requirements for Website Perusal, Any Forum Participation and Creative Counseling Sessions

Only people who are 18 years old and above this age are allowed to participate in any of this Website's forums and book any services. Those below 18 years old are not allowed to participate in any of this Website's forums for online safety requirements; They are also not allowed to book and receive any services without the joint participation and consent of their 18 years or older parent(s) or guardian(s). The parents or guardians are required to e-mail me their signed letter of consent to receive any of my counseling services for their children below 18 years of age. The parents or guardians would need to accompany their children below 18 years of age during any online counseling session.

Forum Participation Responsibilities and Respectful and Ethical Treatment of All Website Forum and All Creative Counseling Session Participants and Members

All Creatifecundity, Incorporated Website Creative Collaboration Forum members, participants and collaborators are responsible for completing and submitting this Terms and Conditions page prior to their first forum participation as well as for conducting their own background and health checks of any fellow members, participants and collaborators before deciding to meet them in person for career, entrepreneurship and/or collective action collaborations or for responsible relationships as Creatifecundity, Incorporated is not responsible for and does not conduct background or health checks of any of its Website members or participants. For those who submit their career information to be partnered with folk of diverse and similar careers, you will only receive e-mail notifications of partners/collaborators if there are folk of the career background(s) you selected on the forum instructions page. All Creatifecundity, Inc. Website forum members and participants are also required to respectfully, courteously and truthfully post, respond to and treat each other. If anyone lies, deliberately misleads or provides false information and communicates or treats another or me disrespectfully or inconsiderately, that person's posts will all be deleted and that person will no longer be allowed to participate in any of this Website's forums or with fellow members. Respectful and courteous behavior and truthful communication is also required when you engage with me for and during any and all of your creative counseling sessions. You are also responsible for ensuring that each of your fellow participants in couples and group creative counseling sessions abides by this respectful, courteous and honest etiquette in all our interactions with each other.

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, I, Rukhsi Sharif, founder, creator and owner of Creatifecundity, Incorporated, own all the intellectual property rights, materials and content, including the company name, logo and slogan contained on this Creatifecundity, Incorporated Website.

reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, using, republishing, downloading, storing or transmitting any of the Website material and content, including the company name, logo and slogan;
